日本酒

Ta Vie旅嚴選日本職人以心釀造的日本酒,不少更是來自小型酒莊,並且各款日本酒都能配搭主廚特別設計的菜單。

雞尾酒

我們以新鮮時令的亞洲水果、香草及蔬菜等調製雞尾酒,將時令食材的天然原味表現出來,並避免使用調味甜酒及糖漿。

茶於Ta Vie旅是非常重要的一環,我們有自家製的瓶裝茶,使用特選的亞洲茶葉及水自家泡製。自家沖泡茶品有著我們與對待食物一樣的堅持及用心。

咖啡

我們只提供特選的咖啡,現時的供應包括台灣阿里山的高山咖啡及印尼蘇門塔臘的咖啡。

抹茶

我們選用最優質的日本福岡八女抹茶粉,定能成為最完美的餐後飲品。

香草茶

我們以新鮮香草沖製一系列味道獨特的香草茶,並配上三款本地生產的有機蜂蜜。

餐後酒

配合我們亞洲旅程的主題,我們供應一系列的日本梅酒、日本威士忌,及其餘一些亞洲產的甜酒。
