A culinary masterpiece with charitable means – First Initiative Foundation (FIF) 2019 Gala
Stars in Harmony, the 2019 FIF Gala was held on 10th November 2019. Chef Sato was invited to join the culinary team, together with 4 well-known Michelin chefs, to create a diverse and sumptuous five-course meal for 450 guests.
The Mushroom Soup with lobster topped with celery foam created by Chef Sato was widely praised. This French-style soup is rich in mushroom flavour with an extremely chewy texture for the lobster meat. The addition of celery foam provides a refreshing after taste which makes the ingredients perfectly in lined with each other.
