A beautifully designed 9-course degustation menu at HK$2,680 per person features wonderful Asian produce, from Japanese langoustine to Hokkaido uni, Aori squid to Kagoshima Wagyu beef, sparkled with a luxurious touch, the black diamond – French black truffle. For a more holistic experience, a gorgeous wine pairing with good mix of French and Asian choices selected by Chef Sato is available at HK$1,280.
