An Improvised Dish Inspired by Chinese Yellow Wine – The Michelin Guide Beijing 2020 Press Conference Dinner

Chef Sato was invited by Michelin Guide Beijing to be one of the chefs for its 2020 Guide Press Conference Dinner. He improvised a brand new dish called the “Pan Seared Lobster with Morel Mushroom and Green Asparagus, Chinese Yellow Wine Sauce”, with the inspiration from the traditional Chinese yellow wine. The fusion of Eastern and Western cooking methods justifies the significance of Michelin’s footsteps in Beijing.
