Renowned Italian Chef Luca Fantin Once Again Visits Ta Vie 旅
Ta Vie is welcoming the renowned Chef Luca Fantin of Michelin-starred Bulgari Il Ristorante Luca Fantin in Tokyo for an one night only “Four Hands” degustation dinner with Chef Hideaki Sato on March 28, 2017.
Known for his contemporary interpretation of traditional Italian cuisine, based on the use of top-quality and seasonal Japanese produces, Chef Luca elaborates his refined techniques and great creativity with sophisticated dining experience, which has also set the position Il Ristorante as a temple of fine cuisine in the heart of Tokyo. Since 2011, Il Ristorante Luca Fantin has been rewarded one star by Michelin Guide for Tokyo.
Followed by the tremendous success of the two talented chefs’ collaboration in 2016, a menu of 10 courses will be featured in this year’s exclusive degustation event, all based on best-quality seasonal ingredients with a reflection of the chefs’ culinary perspective.
